Rhythm is everything, if you are playing or riding a bike there is no difference for me.

These two films were taken on the small European tour of Master Fu in 2000. They are a little mixed up, the concerts actually began with the classic training before moving into the more abstract electronic textures with the Latin text. On these short films you don´t get an impression of this development, nevertheless you can taste a little of the confusion in the air those nights.

San Diego Lap Top Repair Station. Mr Bohnes made quite a name for himself revamping Apple Lap tops with intel chips long before they came out on the market. I caught him in action way back in 99…..

Naples Excelsior Hotel. Another good portion of my life has been spent in Hotels- just how does one pass ones time in these strange “non-places”. I often sit, walk, and wonder- this time in Naples I happened to have my camera with me. You can also see my dear friend Jean-Pierre close by.

Latex Suits in Cologne. Believe it or not this was on the stage of the Cologne Music Academy in 2000. This piece was a commission of the Cologne cultural office- I used texts from “Where the Wild things are” - all the rest is history.

Cult in Plush. In 2000 when I performed my piece EPISTRATA in Plush I took with me 33 paintings mounted and illuminated. After the concert I placed these in one of the Dorset fields and left them to their own devices. Some days later Mr Cake, one of the local farmers, brought them into the village and an emergency meeting was called to find out the cause of these strange items and to decide if a curse had been placed on the village. It hadn´t. I just thought they looked pretty flapping in the wind.
